About this space This charming 3/2 property, located just a 10-minute drive from downtown and local eateries, boasts wifi, office space, a shaded back porch, and free parking. It's the perfect place to stay while you explore nearby attractions or come for business. It's conveniently close to the Austin airport, hip East Austin, and the Circuit of the Americas. Enjoy the use of a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, high-speed internet, and streaming service. Pets under 20 lbs are welcome, maximum 2. The space You can indulge in luxurious accommodations and amenities at this splendid 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the trendy Southeast Austin area. The main suite features an attached bath and a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the two additional bedrooms provide a full-sized bed and a day bed w/ trundle with office space to be shared with a full bathroom. Moreover, this lovely abode boasts a shaded back porch and a backyard, ideal for barbecuing. Enjoy fresh coffee every morning. The fully stocked kitchen has items for preparing meals or reheating leftovers. Join us for an authentic Austin experience! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, patio, and yard. The garage and closet in the 2nd bedroom are locked with no access for guests. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, and glassware. You have free access to a washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets available. Other things to note This is a ranch-style house. There are no stairs for entry or for accessing the patio/backyard. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. A blow dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your use.
