The number on Expedia gave me another number to contact, to which I had to provide my passport, and talk about paying the traveller's tax. I found this experience stressful and very uncomfortable. “this seems like it was an office building converted into rooms. There is no sound dampening inside or outside of the room, everyone could hear me and I could hear them. The check in process was the most confusing I have ever experienced. It has none of the benefits of a hotel or an Air bnb. ”
