“The space was generally nice and clean however we encountered multiple issues. Checking in is complex and done remotely and there were technical issues so we couldn't get into the building until a stranger let us in. Access to the actual room is with a pin code which was changed on us mid-stay so we couldn't get into the room any more - their response was that I was typing the code wrong and so wasn't rectified until they actually sent the new code (for which there was no apology or……

“Unlike the 5-star reviews I haven’t got much good to say. The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. Tiny balcony with a mop and ladder on it and ashtray loaded with butts. 15 min walk to subway then 20 minute ride to most attractions in Rome. Noisy upstairs neighbours and barking dog next door.
