This wonderful two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in Avon is the perfect family getaway. Conveniently on the complimentary in-town shuttle route and just a 2-minute drive to Beaver Creek Resort, adventure awaits you outside your doorstep. Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, with a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the evenings and a large private balcony to take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The condo is also centrally situated meaning that all the best shops, restaurants and activities are just a short distance away. With so much to offer, this home is sure to make your vacation one to remember! \*\*Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!\*\* The master bedroom is set with a queen bed, comfy mattress and hotel-quality linens and TV. Complete with an en-suite bathroom offering a soaking tub, shower and dual sinks so you can get ready for the day ahead in peace. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds, TV and is connected to the guest bathroom, equipped with a tile and glass shower. Both bedrooms open to the balcony which has valley and mountain views, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to whip up a feast for the family. There is seating at the bar and also a small dining table. The living room is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa and fireplace. Other amenities include a stacked washer/dryer, covered parking and a gym and sauna! Nestled in the heart of town, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges and a variety of activities for all ages. With the world-renowned Beaver Creek Resort just minutes away, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports. And if you’re looking for more adventure, you’re only 10 minutes away from Vail, where you can explore even more world-class skiing and outdoor activities. \*This unit does not have air conditioning, however mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Great, convenient location. The unit is located above commercial properties and overlooks a shopping center. It is an easy walk to a grocery store, ski shops, and restaurants. Right across the parking lot is the ski shuttle stop to Beaver Creek. The unit is a little dated but very clean and the kitchen is well provisioned. Soaps, coffee / filters, and linens were all provided. There were extra paper products, trash bags, and other consumable items that made the stay there easy. The building is very secured by many codes, but that did make the check in process confusing. We were unsure about the parking regulations and exactly which room in the complex was the correct room. The parking rules outlined in the email are no longer completely accurate. This was definitely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. First of all when we walked in it was like a sauna the sun faces west, and so beats on all the windows and it is so hot in there. You can’t stand it. The kitchen was not well stocked. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. The sheets on the beds didn’t fit they were full size on a queen size bed. The toilet was broken. There was a flood while we were there and the third floor unit leaked into ours. They finally moved us to another place.
