“Everything was great- except for the unpleasant and unhelpful person at check-in. If she doesn't like her job- she should try something else. We are doing you a favor staying there; it is not the other way around. The person who replaced her later that day was completely professional and pleasant.”

“I booked this place last minute while moving between houses. By the time we checked in around 8pm. I was exhausted and with my two young kids, so all I wanted was a clean place to sleep. At first, the place looked clean, but both beds had hair on the sheets. I ended up laying towels over them because I just wasn't comfortable. “This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not……
