"The hotel is even nicer than on the photos, loved the design. the lady at the reception was very helpful and kind- i am vegan and they made sure i had options for breakfast. Parking in the garage very convenient. Hotel is close to everything, the streets around are beautiful.The gym and spa look nice and inviting, sadly didnt try as we were there only one night. "Lake Balaton was picturesque and relaxing. The hotel was beautiful, extremely well maintained inside and out. The staff were very helpful and everyone we walked past said hello/good morning/good afternoon - we felt welcome. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The wellness centre was brilliant and we made a point of going to soak in the warm pool each morning. My husband also used the sauna & cooler pool. We also decided to book a massage with Eva and she was brilliant! The breakfast was fantastic - a huge selection and probably the best we have had on our travels. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to return again some time."

"The rooms were clean, the staff were great, the location can't be beat if you are going to the thermal lake and walking around town. It also has a very nice bar for socializing over drinks. The only glitch for us was the included meals. We had a vegetarian with us and for her the food didn't hit the mark. However, for most people, the hotel should be a great place to stay."

"What a great place to relax. After the bustle of Vienna, this cozy inn nestled in a quite neighborhood was just what we needed to unwind. It's quirky in a great way. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was awesome and the room was roomy."

"We really enjoyed our time at this property, thank you. I think there is great value overall. The balcony was really relaxing and our room was spacious. The grounds are really well kept and there are lots of seating and room for guests to enjoy. We really appreciated the small bathtub put in our room for our baby. Very nice attention to detail. We also enjoyed the wine tasting. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and it’s a nice touch to not only try wines from the area but also to mingle with others. If I’m being honest, my husband and I felt the food is overpriced. We had lunch once and dinner once for two which totaled over $220 with no alcohol (the dinner price is fixed and lunch consisted of chicken tenders, a sandwich and fries). Dinner is a buffet and à la carte combo. I may be the minority here but the buffet food and aspect cheapened the costly dinner experience as we felt the à la carte part was the tastiest and freshest. Would’ve rather had the ordering menu and had a glass of wine included in the price. The cost of the food and the cost of the room was just a bit odd to us."

"Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I guess. IMHO, the parking in the facility should be included for hotel guests, but in Europe, everybody is trying to make extra charge. I don't think hotel of this level needs to penny-pinch on parking. Please continue to maintain these high standards in today's hard times and we will be back."

"The room was clean and the staff very nice. Unfortunately there is no elevator so if you get a room upstairs you have to carry your suitcase upstairs. We made a reservation to the restaurant we ordered cabbage rolls and the duck. Both could take a little bit more cooking."
