"I always stay at the Forty-Five. The staff, food, bar and coffee shop are all great. The only consistent negative is the valet parking. They do not help with luggage, it’s always slow, and they just aren’t overly helpful. "

"The property and amenities are very nice. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered patio area pool area. It was annoying to have to request everyday to turn the hot tub on and the jets never worked only the heated water. On our last day the host was unable to turn the hot tub heater on. Other than that the space and house was great. Everything a family needs is there. We got great use out of the paddle boards and kayak. Would return again"
