"House was as advertised, was perfect for 8 women on a kayaking trip. The weather was very warm, upper 90's and humid so we were thankful to have the pool and ample air conditioning. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Each room had a TV but some we couldn't find the remotes to use them. Same with the remotes for the lights and ceiling fans. Overall great stay, the house just needs a bit of TLC. We would definitely stay again."

"Fantastic, clean and comfortable stay!! The house was massive with more than enough room for our group of 9. We didn't have the best weather during our visit so we were grateful for such large common areas and we were not crowded at all. The property was fantastic and we enjoyed walking the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were visiting Liverpool/Syracuse and it was a very close drive and easy to get to. Can't recommend enough, we are already looking forward to our stay next...

"Cute property on an exclusive road. Able to dock my 21' foot boat for the entire week. Tom, the owner next door, is a genuinely nice guy and does a great job. We enjoyed cornhole, darts, kayaking and a campfire too. Just a great experience all around...5-stars!"

"This is a beautiful log home tucked away off the road with acres of hiking and several ponds, and exactly what I was looking for. This week was flaming hot so most of our time was spent inside, as my 2 elderly pups couldn't go on long walks in the heat any more than I could. The amount of work and love that the owners have put into making their home special is palpable. We were fortunate to have met the owners, amazing people. Can't wait to come back! Thx Bruce and Caryn. And wait til you see...

You can tell she puts a lot of thought into the property and has so many comfort items. She communicated frequently and any question/concerns were handled immediately. She lives close by so she’s able to help whenever needed. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed one night for my daughter's 16 birthday. She did shopping and dinner in Skaneateles with friends, and then back to the property to hang out for the evening/night! There were 11 of us total and the house provided LOTS of room and choices for sleeping accommodations! Its a HUGE place with lots of room and easy access to Owasco Lake (right across street) or a short drive to Skaneateles! Its a fun property!"

"It was a perfect get away for our entire extended family to stay during our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse University. There was a good mix of generations from young toddlers to my elderly parents and accommodations worked well. We especially enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the lake to hang out and relax. The distance to Syracuse University events was around 45 minutes which was reasonable and the only difficult part was needing to leave early in morning to graduation events to avoid...

"Great location just off Interstate for easy access to all local restaurants, shopping and activities. Nicely decorated with 4 comfortable bedrooms and large living room and dining room. Perfect headquarters for 4 couples to enjoy the New York State Blues Festival."
