Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

This property is closed for bookings. This is despite Expedia letting us book it for a stay in April as part of a package. The rating is more to do with Expedia and the fact that we were unable to reach this property or get any help from Expedia in trying to find out the status of our late arrival request We were therefore left stranded with no accommodation when we arrived in Agia Pelagia
