“Really need to have clean towels, sheets, covers, pillowcases. Need to bomb the whole place cause the cockroaches are going to take over. And careful because they will try to keep your deposit.”

There is easy access to the 99E freeway that goes through Chico which provides quick and easy access to two mall areas, as well as a Walmart store 3-4 miles to the south.”

The amenities were upscale and perfect to have a rooftop lounge, restaurant and another lounge on the main floor with three TV screens. Watching Sunday Night football was a delight with a charcuterie board and cocktails. Highly recommend”
