Basic budget motel near downtown and Chico State. Very quiet when I stayed the night. Nice manager. Hard to see where to turn into the property. Would have been nice if the exit gate to the side street was open. Bring your bike and ride Chico.

It is a decent place to stay for the price. Room is clean with microwave and fridge/freezer. The AC unit is very loud for anyone who is a light sleeper. Room does have an odor. Breakfast is box of Costco danish/pastries. Coffee and waffle machines were broken. Affordable price for a place to sleep for the night.

The room was okay. The beds are lumpy and too soft. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The toilet seat was loose and not very clean. The floors were dirty. It took awhile for the A/C to kick in. The parking was great. Easy access right in front of our room. Overall, we felt safe. Not bad for one night. We paid for 2 nights and left early. You get what you pay for. It was slim pickings due to the Wild Cats annual celebration. We were fortunate to find a room not charging over $400 a night.

Simple no-nonsense check in and out. Property and room was clean, safe and comfortable. I can see they really wanted to provide guests with a nice place to stay. This place meet the expectations and I will return on a future trip there. FYI the rate was $75 for a Monday night and cheaper than anything else in Chico that also had great reviews.

The bed was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and convenient. My key card stopped working twice and had to be reset. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It is a budget friendly choice. But, the bathroom was not clean and there was long dark hairs on the floor. The fridge still had someone else's Starbucks in it. There were little flies coming out of the sink. Likely will not stay again.
