The room and the house were clean and had a warm flowery scent. I was lucky to have been given a room with a direct view to the sea. "The food was great, we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and everything was really good. We spent a lot of time on the patio off our room, which was beautiful, and walked along the stream/river at the back of the hotel lawn. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
