Open space and quiet area. Convenient to downtown Emmett but a little tricky to hit the gravel driveway (Spearfish Ln.) off 52\. AC worked well, thankfully. The view of the mountains and countryside was beautiful and quiet. Located off the highway, the property is only a short five minute drive into Emmett. There was no noise from traffic. The bed was comfortable from the first night. There was none of the breaking in a new mattress issue. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and extras as was the bathroom. The fridge has an ice maker which we are use to having so that was really nice.
