“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes……

“We had a wonderful time, the home beautiful, clean & very well equipped with everything you would need or want, right down to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. We had a great time exploring all different areas on the golf cart which I’m sure was brand new. Lee & Mathis were super at getting back to us right away with any questions we had. “My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!”

“This property was absolutely magnificent! It is absolutely perfect for two people. My husband and I stayed here with our two golden doodles. The dogs were also in heaven there are so many walking trails throughout the property and in the area. Every morning we would wake up and the dogs would be so excited to go outside. They have a beautiful fenced in area in the front of the cottage where the pool is located and also in the back of the cottage. The pool was definitely my favorite part. It's……

“Pros: - Large, well-laid out house in a nice quiet neighborhood - Gas stove was great for cooking - Screened-in pool was great as it kept out the bugs (we were able to enjoy meals outside without having bugs and such flying around us) - Within 20 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities - Within 60 minutes of Orlando and all the attractions there - Within 60 minutes of Tampa and all the activities there - If you like SCUBA diving, you'll find many options within a 60 minute……

“Great place...just as advertised.. Would definitely stay there again. It was in the middle of everything which was nice. there are a few items that would make it even better.. I would suggest that you invest in a TV antenna (from Walmart or Amazon) so your guests can at least watch local channels. We're not movie people and if someone that's staying there doesn't have a netflix or hulu account, it doesn't do much good. Also, you might want to get some new cookware (the teflon coverage is flaking……

“Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares. The Villages App was extremely helpful in navigating the multi-modal……
