It was dog friendly and also came with a golf cart for us to explore the Villages. Jeff was a great host and took care of all of our needs. Overall we would totally recommend this home!"

The Villa had a bright open decor with a beautiful view of a small lake and golf course off of the lanai. Fenced in backyard was so nice for our dog. "The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left...

"The property was great as was the location but check in was terrible. Twice we received wrong check in dates and the cleaner was still there till 440pm when check in is at 4pm. The door code was incorrect. Had to phone to get correct code. The access passes werent available when we got there. Because of all the check in problems management was good to deliver passes next day free of charge and gave us some cash."

"Great two bedroom property close to Sumter landing, a well appointed kitchen if you choose to do your own cooking. Cozy beds with luxury sheets, enough room to invite guest for supper at the lovely table. We found the directions for using the property easy to follow and reasonable, nothing I wouldn’t ask of my own Family or guests. Locking the doors and adjusting the Temperature and turning off the lights isn’t too difficult to request as you’re leaving for the airport. The price could not be beat, response time from the owner was incredible for questions and they were very gracious with their time. Some people commented that there were not amenities such as shampoo or that simple request to change the linens to the provided clean sets was offputting. I didn’t have a problem with it, nor did I have a problem with popping the used to be laundered. I appreciate it, but it was a lovely house and the Request reasonable to help keep the cost affordable."
