The room felt a little dirty, it was definitely a lot cleaner when we stayed last year. But would stay again. Front desk staff not the friendliest at night.

Gentleman checking me in was rude. After we got to our room, I went to put things in the refrigerator because my mom has medicine that needs to go in there and stay cold. The refrigerator was not cold and not working properly. I went downstairs and asked him what I can do to turn the temperature down on the refrigerator so it’s colder. He said we can put your stuff in my refrigerator down there. I said that’s OK. I don’t wanna forget anything. Very hot and very rude.

An amazing Hotel!
Absolutely love this hotel we always stay here. Front desk is always friendly, who is always clean and warm. Room is fabulous and the location is convenient. Two thumbs up!

Not worth the rating showing!
When i was booking it showed multiple rooms available for king size bed upon arrival i was told that i was moved to a queen bed room because me being a 3rd party that im not promised what im booking for… her attitude was unprofessional and their “premium pillow top bed” are just regular bed.. the soap in the bathroom haven’t been swapped or cleaned in months… worst business trip to date! thanks
