(Even though I paid for stay protection). Told me it wasn’t their doing and to check with hotels.com to get my money back. Hotels.com told me that this wasn’t their doing and that I need to check with the hotel. Both just pinning it on each other while I wasted a few hundred dollars. Beware of booking this hotel and beware of a deceptive “stay protection plan.” "
