“We were very happy with our stay at Glen Innes Motel. Everything we needed was provided in the room, which was clean & tidy. An extra bonus was that a delicious continental breakfast was provided at no extra cost. Also, the staff member on reception was very nice.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. There was an issue with my reservation, and unfortunately, both the hotel and Expedia kept redirecting me to one another without taking ownership.
What made matters worse was the lack of support from the hotel staff, who were not helpful in resolving the situation. As a guest, this was frustrating and stressful.
I would strongly recommend better coordination between the hotel and booking platforms, as well as improved customer service……
