“The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning……

“Rooms were really clean and serviced daily. Beds comfy and spacious. Mini fridge which is always handy and wall mounted TV( mostly Spanish channels) but not a deal breaker for us. Main Pool is beautiful ( we counted 2 in Pelicanos and 2 in Ocas) and a diddy pool for toddlers. Sunbeds plenty. Few taggers as usual but really no need. Food was nice and options for all pallets. Great bars all close by and short stroll to beach. 3rd visit here and definitely return again. ”

“Vi blev väl mottagna när vi kom , vi kom på fm och receptionisten fixade bilparkeringen och ringde när rummen var klara . Hotellet låg väldigt bra mellan stränderna alldeles vid havet . Dagen vid utcheckningen så fanns möjlgheten att förlänga parkerngen och det fanns bagagedrop med skåp som man fick lägga i en euro och den fick man tillbaka sedan, plus möjlighet att duscha efter att vi checkat ut . “The hotel is pleasant and clean …nice on first impressions….staff not so nice! On book in the man was not very pleasant …he said children were upto 14 years but the room was for 4 adults as per hotels.com minors are upto 17…his colleague confirmed ok…he wanted a copy of voucher which I have never been asked for before but the said it didn’t matter! Still not sure why or what it was needed for ….unfortunately the Spanish lady in front of us had similar problems with him not being too friendly……

“This appartment was brilliant near enough the night life but 2 streets back so quiet on a night the appartment was large with full kitchen and washer did all my washing before i came home !!i had the pool to myself most days !!fantastic would definately stay here again i asked for lower floor and we got 3rd floor people complained bout key pick up but it was next door at the beninter office they emailed me code and it was in a box and coming home just dropped it in drop box !!not a problem at……
