Communication was terrible at times from property owners , all emails in Spanish asking for a deposit after booking , all of this should be done is Expedia not by external emails. Trying to get the keys was a pain as there was no contact from the. Vendor despite multiple emails and phone calls, info wasn’t given until the day before the stay. “I informed Benidorm booking that I would be arriving late and they assured me their office was open to midnight which was contrary to the opening times published.
