“Very nice place. Nicely isolated but close enough to Yachats for conveniency. Ocean view is excellent. Access to ocean was easy and it felt like our own private beach. ”

“The condo was nice. They ask you not to wear shoes and your socks turn black. Looks like the floors are never mopped. Lots of warnings on if you don’t do this or that you will be charged extra. There is a restaurant directly below that plays loud music the entire day until 10 pm which was not mentioned in the add. You can’t even turn on the tv as you cannot hear it. The unit above stomps around and has a dog that continuously barks. No air flow, so if you open doors to let air in, the front door...
