“This was a well organized, spotless property. Short drive to downtown Simpsonville. Incredibly responsive host. Living space was conducive for 4 of us to enjoy being together. We hope to stay again. Thank you to the management for their care of the property and its guests. ”

“It was a nice and refreshing break. I was a little surprised at the proximity to other tents. One thing that could be better for tent 9 is that the path is very close and it was a little loud hearing people packing out. The complimentary cup of coffee was nice as well but would be better if you included coffee in the tents with the French presses like you might find in a hotel. For the price I do not believe that would be unreasonable. Overrall the service was great, the hosts are excellent……

“We were hoping to finally get a break from hotels and stay at a 2 bed 2 bath and get a kitchen. We booked a month in advance and 5 days before they sent a email saying we were all set. On the day of check in we haven’t actually gotten the check in information yet so we call and nobody picks up. Vrbo wasn’t able to reach the host either. We quickly had to book hotel outside of city because all good hotels were unavailable at that point. We ended up staying at mediocre place out of town and paying……

“Lovely home, cleanliness was 3/5, host was great in the beginning. Home did NOT have heat that was consistent, it was snowing & it was cold in the house, also the heat was turning on & off but worked when on. I contacted the host about snow removal for the property (My check out was the day after the snow storm) unfamiliar with the location I wasn’t sure how or if I’d get plowed out. (I left before the plowing happened) but I never got a response, but the day of check out, I was told how to do……
