“Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. Location is convenient, no noise issues for us, and easy access to subway/plenty of stores around but it is FiDi so just expect all things associated with that. Most of the communication for toiletries/towel requests is done through Vrbo if you booked through here.The only inconvenience we had was the shower door not having a seal (which is something that should have been checked beforehand) so the bathroom basically flooded after one...

“Very old building with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the apartment itself. We've booked it for a 10-day stay, in which the owner did not change the bed linen, and at our request we received towels that were brought directly from the store (not washed). The apartment is offered for 6 to a maximum of 8 people, and objectively it is comfortable for a maximum of 4-5 people.”
