Lage des Hauses, Sauberkeit prima. Das Haus innen schön eingerichtet, der gepflasterte Hofbereich kann optimiert werden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter manchmal schwierig.

Tolles Ferienhaus, tolle Lage, tolle Vermieter
Von Anfang bis Ende ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, alles da was man braucht. Moderne, helle Ausstattung riesiger TV im Wohnzimmer EG, großer TV im Schlafzimmer im OG. Das allerbeste für uns war der eingezäunt Hof, da wir unseren Hund dabeihaben. Caputh ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit ländlichen Charme und in 5 Minuten ist man in Potsdam. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und wenn möglich wieder in dieses Ferienhaus. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Sehr empfehlenswert, schönes Haus, schickes Bad, moderne Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd, genügend Geschirr, alles was man braucht, Riesenfernseher im Wohnbereich . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .

Haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Super Urlaub. Nach Ausflügen in Potsdam sind wir gerne ins Fereinhaus zurück gekommen. Das Haus ist modern und schick eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt müssen wir dennoch geben. In den Suchkriterien wird es als Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer angeboten, der Platz reicht locker für 6 Erwachsene aber richtige Schlafzimmer gibt es nur 2, das dritte Zimmer ist eine Schlafnische unter dem Dach in einem der Schlafzimmer. Sollten wir noch mal in der Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Grüße aus Bayern.

Wunderschön renoviertes Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super sauber. Super Lage im beschaulichen Caputh mitten in einer Gegend voller Wälder und Seen! Potsdam mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten, Berlin mit dem Auto oder der S-Bahn in deutlich weniger als 1 Stunde (abhängig vom Verkehr). Entschleunigung pur!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge
Wir haben sehr kurzfristig dieses Ferienhaus unkompliziert gebucht. Die gute und stilvolle Ausstattung hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist durch die Nähe zu Potsdam einerseits andererseits zum Umland optimal. Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub Danke Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen

leider zu kurzer Kurz-Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung und tollem Haus
Absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in super-Lage, wenn man auch seine Ruhe haben will. Nach Potsdam braucht man mit dem Wage n 15 min, Berlin ist schon etwas weiter. Caputh ist ein reizender Ort, der alles bietet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Am See gelegen perfekt zum Radfahren... Das Haus ist super-sauber, extrem modern mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und angenehm, auf anfallende Fragen wurde unmittelbar geantwortet und wenn ich nicht so ein PC-Muffel wäre, wären wohl gar keine Fragen angefallen. Wir sind restlos begeistert von der Unterkunft und der Gegend und planen bereits den nächsten Urlaub.

Zu Besuch in Potsdam
Wir haben das Ferienhaus kurzfristig gebucht. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir eine gute Übergabe und kurze Einweisung. Das Haus wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Unser Highlight war die Fähre Tussi 2. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung. Für Ausflüge nach Potsdam und Umgebung hervorragend geeignet.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus
Habe kurz entschlossen eine Ferienwohnung/Haus gesucht. Nachdem ich oft abgelehnt wurde, weil es zu kurzfristig war, fand ich dieses Haus, Sonntag morgen angefragt und bekam prombt eine Antwort. Anreise erfolgte Montag. Check in/Check Out problemlos. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr hell, sauber und neu. Vermieter war zu jederzeit erreichbar und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt ca. 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle, Richtung Potsdam und Richtung Werder/Havel. Noch nichteinmal 5 Minuten vom Schwielowsee entfernt. Rewe ist auch gut zu Fuss zu erreichen ca. 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden Jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank und liebe Grüße aus Hessen
