“We had 3 families (6 adults and 9 kids ranging from 9 to 16) coming up to ski at Bretton Woods. The house was in a great location with an easy drive to the resort across the street. There was plenty of space for our big group. The house was well stocked and clean. It was amazing waking up to a beautiful view of the mountain every morning. The house was a hit with everyone…highly recommend!”

“Spacious 4 BR plus 4 bunks in finished basement. Wonderful outdoor jacuzzi. Well equipped kitchen: we mostly cooked & found great baking accessories and spices. Spectacular views of the mountains from the house. Excellent communication from the owners. Easy keyless access. I highly recommend this home for a mountain stay. 30 min to Bretton Woods or Cannon. Very quiet. Easy pellet stove, central heat/air, lovely decor. We have stayed here before; the current owners improved an already wonderful……

“Great location on Akers pond with snowmobile access footsteps from the door onto the lake accompanied by great views from the home. We caught a handful of rainbows as well as other fish and when you wanted to change it up, you had direct access to the main trails for a good ride on the sleds. Tom was great and very quick to answer any questions that I had. His place was very comfortable and was supplied with everything one needs to really relax and enjoy the property to the fullest.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Riverfront Farmhouse. The design & interiors of this vacation home are well thought out...pleasing, intuitive & well appointed. The sighting of the house on the beautiful wooded lot is perfect for privacy, views of the woods and southern exposure. We spent several March afternoons on the sun filled deck. In addition, the hosts thought of everything to accommodate our comfort and needs. We felt welcomed and communication was excellent.”

“The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and was so comfy and clean. Carroll is a great location - close to Mt Washington, Grafton Notch State Park, Breton Woods and Franconia Notch State Park. The cog railroad to the summit of Mt Washington was a wonderful afternoon excursion.”
