“The apt was very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. We had an issue at checkin but it was resolved with the host.”

“大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。”

“The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted.”

“We were blessed to arrive very late, and able to easily get into the room quickly. It was a little dated, but comfortable for a short stay, Met the lady that booked us for the extra night, and that was a pleasant thing, as well.”

“Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious.”
