“it was nice for something to lay our heads however, Tv does not connect to the internet nor is it in the wall anymore, it is very cold and no heat is available. i got not one but 2 parking tickets, however when i tried to pay on the park chicago app before leaving the car, it says payments not needed. so that was great and no parking was indicated on the app.”

“Apartment was super clean and great for our visit. It was easy to find and neighborhood pleasant. Plenty of towels, beds were comfy, kitchen supplies ample. Common area was pleasant for visiting. Host(s) were quick to answer any questions we had.We drove to Chicago, so had a car to park. Having the parking spot with the rental was a game changer! “We stayed at the apartment for our son’s graduation. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. Communication with our host was excellent from check-in details to details about our stay and check-out. The apartment was clean bright and comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating and we did have an issue with the hot water (none). Our host worked diligently to contact maintenance and fix the hot water. Overall we were happy with our stay.”
