“Great apartment! Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Extremely close to Blue Line into Chicago. Easy drive to Wheaton (could have easily taken the Metra instead). Recommend Cuzzo pizza and Addis Cafe in Oak Park. One of us came down with a cold- grocery and drugstore nearby, and we spent the day playing cards and watching movies. Kitchenette was great for making our own (read: cheap) breakfasts each day. Thank you!”

“This apartment is on the 15th floor and has amazing views and a perfect location! Convenient to shops, bars, and restaurants and even includes a parking spot in the garage. There were a few hiccups during the stay but Dawn was very quick to fix them and was always available to help. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Ideal for one person or a couple. I stayed for 6 days and felt right at home. I would stay there again for sure!”

“I say mostly good because I had to by dishwashing detergent to be able to use dishes/wash dishes. The WiFi cut out on day 8 and I had no use of the TV and only had internet through my phone and IPAD. Sitting area furniture Made of toothpicks. So not great. On the plus side great location and roomy studio, full kitchen with gas stove. Great bathtub. A really nice place in a nice location.”

“Place looks nothing like the pictures this place was horrible to stay disgusting !! There were rodents all through the property it smells like dog poop literally a mouse ran across my guests foot this was a horrible stay and experience host lives here as well which makes it no better coming in while guest are here very uncomfortable situation which me and my guest had to leave don’t book !”

“We stayed here for family weekend at Northwestern. It was clean, bright, well-maintained and spacious. So much better than one hotel room for the same price. Parking was easily available. Dimitri was very responsive and even got us non-feather bedding after he found out we were all severely allergic. I would stay here again.”

“It's in an old Victorian house that was converted into apartments. During the 3 days of subzero temperatures the heat was excellent and I was very comfortable despite old windows. Lots of charm.”
