He gave us so many recommendations on things to do, where to eat as well as details about the house and area, which made planning for the trip that much easier. House is located right off the blue ridge parkway for easy access to hikes and right down the street from twin river outfitters. Great stay!”

Although we didn’t use them, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I especially appreciated that an appropriate amount of towels and washcloths were provided. So many other places we have stayed have literally provided one washcloth and towel for a stay of several nights. Very grateful that you all provided for our needs! Will……

“The apartment is located three stories above a bluff overlooking a coble street with very slow traffic, a park, the excellent James River Heritage Trail, railroad tracks and a view of the river (My favorite spot was on the balcony with the view). A high pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Parking is free but about a block away”
