Stayed here one night prior going to the Fjords. Room is tidy and clean, staffs are generally helpful and nice. Had dinner at the restaurant, food are all good and staffs are again very nice. Have a covered carpark underneath the hotel with charging facilities.

Nice comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast, well located for the harbour and historic area. The lift needed fixing.

A comfortable, modern hotel in a great location, with very helpful staff.

Booked this a while in advance at a great price. As dinner and breakfast was included, it was excellent value. I was surprised at the variety and quality of both the meals. My husband is coeliac and they had options for him. Even a separate bread area with a dedicated toaster. We had a superior room with city view. It was very comfortable and spacious enough. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Don't forget to ask for a key to the tower to see the views of the city.
