"The hotel was good, It definitely was not excellent, but it was good for what it was. The room and overall hotel was clean. The thermostat in my room would not move off of 68 degrees no matter what I did. Meaning that, half the time it was a little too hot and half the time it was a little too cold. The breakfast was just food. Over the weekend there was never any breakfast meat option no bacon, no sausage, no ham, nothing. Breakfast gets a little annoying when you basically get eggs and potatoes everyday. All that being said, I will be staying there again because for a Chiefs game it is exactly what you want! You cant be too picky when you can just walk a couple blocks and you're at Arrowhead!"

"Our room did not have heat and it was freezing. We did call the front desk and they had maintenance send someone up pretty quickly. We needed to change rooms as the heater blower was broken. We realized we left our phone charger plugged into the original room and when we called they sent somebody in who claimed they couldn’t find it. No water bottles offered in room. Also tried to order room service and everything was down the first night we were there. All in all, it was just OK."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this stay. When I had turned onto the road this property is on, there are a couple other hotels/inns that don't look super great, but once I got further down the road and saw this location, I was already put at ease. Our rooms were clean, and the staff helped my friends switch their room super quickly and easily after there was a cleaning chemical odor that was a little too strong for them upon arrival (not a bad problem to have, though. It shows it was cleaned). TL:DR, clean property, nice/helpful staff."

"The staff were beyond terrific! Can’t say enough about them! Our room had an issue where the tub and sink were backing up. We reported it and they came and fixed it pretty promptly. The breakfast was plentiful and the woman working it was helpful and kind. If you are going to a chiefs game it is a great location but you don’t want to be out walking in the dark. There was a fair amount of homeless people in the immediate area."
