“Very relaxing”

“Staff was great and we loved the room. We will be coming back to stay again. ”

“The lamp shades were broken, there was a light bulb missing in one of the bedside light fixtures, there was candy on the floor under the night stand and the walls were all dinged and marked up. ”

“Close to the highway. Friendly staff.”

“This hotel was perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable, and so clean. The staff was so friendly and professional. And the location was perfect. There was a walking nature trail behind the hotel and it was beautiful to walk while the sun went down. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I can’t believe I paid that much for a room for a hotel that was nowhere near the quality of a nice hotel and the rating it had received. I was unable to drive home because of the severe storms and had to stop somewhere . I had stayed in the area before, and hoped this would be a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and very kind. My room smelled, the toilet was very very dirty, and the floor was dirty. I was placed right next to the elevator with a lot of loud people……

“Breakfast was delicious and the cook was ready to serve us earlier so we had time to enjoy coffee in the sitting room/gift shop before attending church service.”

“Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,……

“The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice.”

“You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family.……

“Breakfast was pretty lame. Luke warm at best. No wonder it was ‘free’.”

“Wasn’t the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed in, but I’ve stayed in much, much worse. Bed was clean, AC worked great (I like to sleep in a meat locker), shower was hot, and so was the coffee. What more do you need?”
