“Our first room was dirty. Someone’s dirty socks on the floor & hair on floor in bathroom. Was lucky they had another room to switch us to. The next room had a wet floor after the rain, not sure if leaked through window or ac unit. Breakfast at 7am was already running out of food, Will not stay again or recommend.”

“Breakfast was fresh. Shuttle was so helpful back and forth to the airport. Great pizza restaurant in the Hilton next door. ”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.”

“Hotel portion looks like nothing has been changed or updated since whenever it was built. Every door we passed had missing parts of trim. Our outlets were loose and almost impossible to plug anything into. ”

“The good news: Guadalupe and her kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. She made the biscuits from scratch and was constantly checking to see that all was good. The room was missing a remote for the TV, a hair dryer, and a coffee pot. The guy at the desk in the lobby in the evening made no effort to help. The only thing replaced during our 2-day stay was the hair dryer.”
