“The room was ok. Not enough light and the cover was too light”

“We got to the hotel on a Friday at 4pm the stated check in time and were told that they had rented the hotel to a football team and our room would not be ready till after the football game around 10pm. They said they sent out an e-mail but i never got one. And talking to other people they never got an e-mail either. They should have given everyone at least halves of their money back but they would do anything. They just said, there was nothing they could do. I didn't think a hotel could just……

“Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”

“The amount of damage that was done inside the hotel was unbelievable. All of the doors were broken as we walked down the hall. In our room were two beds one was about a foot higher than the other. The nightstand had the whole corner basically like chewed off. The entire hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes and other smells that we could not determine. The only reason we stayed because it was close to the cowboy game. Not impressed, especially for the price that we were charged. Would never……

“The room had what looked like bedbugs. The sheets were yellow and dingy. I stay 1 hour and checked into another hotel. The only good thing was the man in the front desk. He polite and professional”

“The room was in very rough shape, the only part was the bed. The walls were so dirty and the bathroom had hair left in the tub and sides of the walls from who knows when. There were toilet paper/paper towels shoved into the wall behind the shower head to probably stop some kind of leak I’m assuming. They were very short handed, check in says 3, but our room wasn’t available until 4 so we had to sit out in the parking lot for an hour. The front desk lady was nice, but I would avoid this place all……
