“Staff was helpful”

“The front desk helper was terrible!! Constantly scratching all her open sores due to drugs. Couldn't focus, shaking. Terrible first impression. If I didn't' already have reservations I would have walked out like the previous gal trying to make a future reservation. The directions she gave us for our room was totally the opposite of where they were located. Same gal was at checkout when we were checking out and couldn't even help us as she was digging on all her sores. Left my keys. No thank you……

“Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”

“Nice hotel. Breakfast is available but not included. Should have read the fine print. One elevator was out of order while we were there. Otherwise, very nice.”

“Outside of the price, I would never stay here again! I put in for an ADA room and almost got placed in a regular room. There was trash under the bed. The room was lit only in one corner. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The desk was unlit. There was dog feces right out the back door, and when I went to sit in a chair, it almost crippled me. There is a need for painting and upkeep everywhere. Some hall doors had holes in them. NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY HERE except if you are only looking for……
