“Room was clean and tidy and the outside property is beautiful. This is an old, historic inn that definitely needs some updates and a more hospitable check-in manager. No “hello or welcome”, he just said “step over here” (in a dark corner) and “I need the card you paid with”. I responded with “Hello how are you today?” Not a welcoming friendly vibe from the front desk staff who are as poorly dressed as the inn. It’s obvious this place is still open due to its weddings and event venues. Carpet in……

“We have never traveled to Bangor. The location was next to a quaint park where children can play and in a very safe part of the city. Very nice host! Cute place!”

“This inn is definitely vintage! Loved the 'look' (personally, I am tired of the big chains with each room the same!) Very quaint but clean. There is a big coffee maker / machine in the hall for your morning brew. Comfy beds, nice TV, quiet location. Attached to the inn is a great Irish pub with amazing food (not open for breakfast). Across the parking lot and one road is a casino. Close to the airport but not so close the plane traffic interferes with sleep. If I ever get back to Bangor, I will……
