Distance to the town center and the ski lift 0.5 km, hiking trails start right at the house, cross-country trails can be reached in a few minutes.

Double sofa bed in the living room. From the living room and the covered balcony (table with 4 garden chairs) you have a direct view of the forest. The visitor's tax prescribed by the municipality of Braunlage is € 2.50 per night and per person, half for the first child over 6 years. City tax is not payable for children up to 6 years and from the second child. If desired, bed linen and towels can be provided for a total of € 5 per stay per person.
Coin-operated washing machine (€ 2), drying room and table tennis table are in the basement, where there is another shower (80 x 80 cm) and toilet. Ski / bike cellar available. Sauna € 3 per person and use.
Arrival from 2 p.m., departure by 11 a.m., different times can be agreed upon. The apartment has its own parking space directly at the house.
