“Our first stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. We arrived a little early and checked in, but the front desk experience got our stay off to a poor start. The woman helping us seemed much more interested in talking with her coworkers and assisting other guests than focusing on our check-in. Since it was our first time staying at the hotel, I expected at least a brief explanation of the property or its amenities, but none was provided. We were simply told that we'd receive a……

“The only complaint we have is that we were in room 457 and out the sliding door was the biggest HVAC system and we could not use out patio nor see anything outside. We wished we could had a better patio. The property was very clean nice and the staff was very courteous. Great Gym! I wish I would have taken a picture but I didn't .”

“Parking was extremely limited and costly. It cost $40 per day for parking with an inadequate amount of parking spaces for everyone. If you went out to a late dinner, you would not be able to park when to returned to the hotel. The “breakfast” was on par with the cheapest hotel you have ever stayed in. The powdered eggs smelled of something that had crawled in them and died every day. The coffee containers were empty constantly as there was an overall lack of attention by the staff to this and……

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”
