“The room was really large and had a lot of extra space for my family”

“Bed covering was stained. Towels was old and also they looked dirty. With both towels and bed spread I don’t know how housekeepers could miss those!”

“The hotel was not kept up. The rooms were dirty. Our room smelled like someone had just smoked weed inside the bathroom. The smell was VERY strong. I would not recommend staying here.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated……

“Unfortunately, staff was rude and not helpful.....only stayed 1 night and I am having difficulty getting refund for 3 nights....and the 100 dollar deposit.....”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”

“The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment.”

“Am awakened at 2;30 am by someone opening my door. They scream not expecting me in the room. Then a few minutes later the Indian manager is banging on my door and is yelling about me being in the room that I rented. He has his mouth full of some thing and is impossible to understand. He keeps yelling until I get my phone and show my check in info. He comments something about an Iphone and leaves.”

“This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, given the price of the room. No eggs, but Belgian waffles, etc. Area was relatively safe. Restaurants were nearby, but we drove to a mall about 2 miles away as there were many more choices. Parking……

“I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation.”
