“We spent just over a week at this beautiful and well-appointed cottage. I work remotely and there was plenty of room to work as well. A few more friends came for a few days of our stay and there was room for five of us comfortably. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Louisville, and lots af trails. Super clean with plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. Also a pretty and private outdoor space. Large washer and dryer too. The owner is on site but we felt like we had total……

“This place was perfect for our small family. We appreciated the modern upgrades and thoughtful touches including child safety locks and plates. It was very clean. The location itself is great, a nice walk to many restaurants & a grocery store. You’re also 15 mins from downtown & will beat a lot of traffic to the mountains starting out west of Denver. ”

“My husband and I made a last minute trip up to Denver and found this lovely place. It was clean, well kept and in a great neighborhood. The owner was responsive to questions yet gave us complete privacy. It had a great little yard that the dog loved and we walked to sandwich shops, grocery stores and more. I highly recommend Julio's for breakfast. Watch your head at the top of the stairs! We hope to return for another stay.”

“This was our first time with VRBO and it couldn’t have gone better. Leslie is a very conscientious host who immediately answered questions since we were new to the neighborhood. The 1886 styled ‘cabin’ was nicely furnished with the basic conveniences of modern living including temp control for Winter and Summer. Comfy beds and nice-to-have closets. We adapted to small bedrooms & bath. Might be problematic if more than three adults for long term. Loved the gas stove used almost daily. Quiet……

The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way. The beds were spacious and comfortable and they were generous enough to provide toiletries for us all. They earn my highest recommendation for quiet a stay in the area. ”
