The room was only so-so when it came to cleanliness, and every now and then there was a weird smell—kind of like cat pee or something. “Stay away from this property, we arrived and nothing what is was in the pictures. The owner of this property is using other pictures to pass this property off as legit. We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. “This was a great spot. Clean. The host was super easy to get a hold of because we couldn’t find the door, but he was very helpful and quick to answer back! Everything we needed was there an easy accessible! Thank you for the stay!!”

“The location was perfect for the graduation ceremony on Boulder and that area. Also close enough to enjoy hiking Estes park. The little town of Lafayette was very fun to enjoy. Our host was very attentive and the carriage house met all our needs with a washer and dryer being a plus. ”

“We were able to enjoy our stay and location was perfect for our family to meet. Easy to drive to. Right off the interstate. Close to grocery store and restaurants. The place is what was described. And it was nice to have access to the garage. The temperature was controlled by the other unit so it was a bit hot. And once the upstairs unit was being used you could hear foot steps and voices.
