We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. The bathroom is barely usable, with only running water, the doors are falling off the hinges. There was mouse feces all over the floor when we……

“This was a great spot. Clean. The host was super easy to get a hold of because we couldn’t find the door, but he was very helpful and quick to answer back! Everything we needed was there an easy accessible! Thank you for the stay!!”

“Ultra clean and efficient use of space. The outdoor patio is a bonus. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. ”

“There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall……

“This one room unit had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The owner was wonderful as he responded to my questions almost instantly. The parking is good, the neighborhood is good. There is a King Soopers within walking distance.”
