Never could get the app to work on my iphone to open the door. Lucky I had a android phone and managed to get it working. Never got the parking working and the under ground parking is crazy expensive. Park across the road, its free. Honestly better off booking and staying in a regular hotel. A little annoyed that this was advertised ad a hotel as it realky isnt. Its more just a bunch of apartments.

Clean but keys are annoying.
Honestly, the doors thing is super annoying. I work for a software company but I am not really comfortable having no front desk staff and needing my phone as a door key. If this trip is inc your mum or grandparents, I'd go elsewhere. I got stuck outside my room on the first night because the phone key didn't work for some reason (had to call a helpline).

Great place to stay and plenty of restaurants and grocery store at hand. Bus’s right outside with great links and service into city and out. Definitely will book again next time we visit Australia.
