Gorgeous pub with a fabulous garden and outdoor space for drinks and dining. Super big bed which was really comfy and excellent breakfast options. Very close to footpaths through the Forest and 10 mins to Lyminster ferry.

The rooms were lovely but there was no.extractor fan so the room was a bit damp. The bedroom window wouldn't close fully. Other than that the staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic with a great number of options available. Really enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming staff and a beautiful location. Ideally situated for exploring the local area or down to the coast. Great beer garden and the Inn building is full of character. Accommodation was comfortable and very clean, with rooms tucked away in the upstairs of the Inn. So refreshing to stay in non-chain pub where they obviously care about their guests and deliver an uniquely personal service.

Lovely overnight stay before visiting Beaulieu Motor Museum The room was quirky (low beams). Bed very comfortable & shower was hot. We ate dinner & breakfast at The Filly. Both were very good. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Nice hotel and location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was good and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is next to a busy road so if road noise troubles you this may not be the location for you. But otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

I have to say, this was a perfect stay. Single traveller. From arrival to departure, the staff and service were faultless The cabines are super. The attention to detail very good indeed. Coffee and tea making facilities with sealed bottles of milk and water. Complimentary flapjacks... Large TV, controllable heat and a cooling fan. A window near the bed for those warm nights. Full USB sockets integrated to wall plugs next to the bed as well as a sidelight. Curtains for blackout. A seating area. Plenty of drawers for clothing. Toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc. All very well presented. Thoughtful layout throughout the property. The main building is very nice indeed with plenty of books and comfy sofas. An abundance of parking and outside seating. I didn't have time to assess the food but I suspect it will meet or exceed expectations. You won't be disappointed.

Pleasant indoor and outdoor spaces, room 3 in attic ,not suitable for above average height (low beams) not mentioned when booking. no biscuits, water or remote for TV and no fan provided during heatwave.Food purchased was of a poor standard and overpriced. Found staff to be very inexperienced.
