“What a great place to stay for the weekend! And all the little things that make the stay comfortable. This house has a circular driveway that makes it easy to unload the luggage and we really liked that it was one level. The bathroom had tons of room and a bidet! The shower had a new nozzle and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed laying on the couch and watching a family movie . They even had popcorn for us. This VRBO was stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, tooth brushes and paste as well as……

“This is such a cute house that is so conveniently located to downtown Greensboro. The house was very clean and had everything you could need to have a fabulous, fun weekend with friends!”

“Came to Danville to visit a dying friend. Very convenient location ,local food in the area was wonderful. The location being next to the river and the nature trail was amazing. I sat outside watching birds both mornings. Thanks so much.”

“We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.”

“We were in town for only a couple days to tour the college. We met the owner as he was pulling out of the drive, a very nice man. The house is as advertised, the pantry and frig nicely stocked. The interior shows wear but the fixtures and surfaces in kitchen/bath were gleaming. Beds were comfy.”

“Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious.”

“Second time staying with this owner (first in this property). They have addressed the issues noted in earlier reviews re: noise and finishing the second bedroom. Check-in and check out just as smooth as they could be, house rules actually quite generous for guests, and neighborhood/amenities can't be beat. If you're unsure about booking this place...don't be. You won't go wrong unless you have mobility issues. If you do...well, this is a basement, but check with the owners as they have other……

“All in all the experience was great. Only two things to comment on. One, the listing said tvs in the bedrooms. There were no tvs in any bedroom. Two, the listing should have mentioned the Highway behind the home. The noise made a peaceful deck experience impossible. On the upside, you couldn’t hear the noise inside.”

“The house is great, there is a thing with the water getting a sulfur smell but the owner said to let water run for awhile and it fixed it on up and we didn’t have any more problems during our stay.”

“I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!”
