“The apartment was excellent, very clean, we were very comfortable and had a good weekend, the recommendations for restaurants were good, we visited The Pearl and had a brilliant meal, we also visited Babbo, the Italian across the road and had excellent meal too. The check in and out was good and the property manual was detailed. One thing that we had trouble with was finding the apartment as the postcode wasn’t that helpful to know where it was, we didn’t know that 7 Butt Hill Court was on New...

“Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better.
Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

“Property was new and clean inside. No noise from other apartments. Overall a good stay. Nearby shop for food basics and near to the Tram line to go into town.
No complaints. If security is a concern for you it is very lax here. Lobby door left open night and day, and security staff not a deterrent. Secure access tag for the elevator does not work, so open access to use the lifts. Overall though we saw no issues.”

“This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...
