I booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasn’t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldn’t be sorted by the staff members so we couldn’t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didn’t. Very poor service. It has no closet or any hangers for your clothes, just 2 hooks for your coats. We learned the hard way that it's considered "love hotel". We were traveling during Korean thanksgiving and this was our only option. I liked the ease of the shower and the Wifi. The owner needs to have other languages on the food menu so guests can order their food from the room. The remote was also in Korean which made it a challenge to figure out.
