“Although in a sketchy looking part of town, this place is a hidden gem. I love the security factor of using the keypad for access. Pool seemed to be a saltwater pool which was a great difference. Didn’t see any maintenance on the pool as there were multiple dead bugs for the days I stayed there. I recommend going to the poll at night however, because it’s beautifully lit. “Excellent hotel that was clean. Kumo was an amazing date night/rooftop spot. Steps from the beach and helpful staff. Property was maintained and clean. There's two pools. One on second floor and the other is rooftop. We used the 2nd floor one often as it was never crowded. One thing I'd say is if you choose oceanfront, the windows may be filled with sand that blows from the beach by the high winds . So your window may not have clear views of the ocean. If you can get balcony option with ocean,……

“The weekender was exceptional!…highly recommended it! I celebrated my wifes bday there! The ballon package that said happy bday before we got there really made her smile! Make sure you get it! The place is new and in style! The pool is amazing and relieves your stress! The help from the staff makes you feel like a star! Everything is well kept! The downside is i wish i stayed more days there haha! Will come back! A must book!”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “Will be back most definitely, they will make you feel at home, give you privacy yet there when you need them! Only thing that was a little inconvenient at some times was the gate going in and out of the property.. they should consider either remotes for each room or just a better system rather than having to call or text and wait for one of the staff to open it… otherwise it was amazing and great location!!”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
