“Great hotel and very convenience”

“The hotel is under major renovation and is leaking water in the lobby when we checked-in”

“Smooth check in even at 1:00 AM at the night. Nice customer services by Navid during check in and by Anastasia later. They went extra miles to accommodate our requests. Big, nice room with Jacuzzi. Children enjoyed the common pool and the in-room Jacuzzi very much. ”

“The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom tub dripped water constantly. The A/C was very loud when it kicked on and made a super annoying buzzing sound. The pool was fun for kids but you can tell it’s not maintained very well. There was sand and other sharp debris all over the pool floor that made our feet hurt. There was a family swimming in their regular everyday street clothes that made the hot tub gross. We asked if we could use a microwave to heat up some food (literally……
