The value through Expedia on this hotel was good, however our vip beverage was water which was a bit of a disappointment after the hype. No turn down service, no extra towels available. We questioned whether our room had been cleaned as there was a mess on the toilet and a coffee pod in the machine. Also good to be aware, they did not have a wine opener anywhere in the building.

Booked this hotel last minute during a family emergency. Arrived after midnight for a 4 night stay. After getting settled, found the room had an open food/sauce container under the bed. A drink had spilt down the wall and not been cleaned up. A number of surfaces had sticky stuff on them, perhaps food. Decided to address it in the morning, woke up a few hours later to a cockroach in the bathroom. Spent 2 hours of the next day putting clothes through the dryer to make sure we didn't take any cockroaches with us. The housekeeping staff informed me one of the dryers was broken after I had loaded it up - there was no sign on it saying out of order. Given a new room with a larger bed and not charged for night 1. Issues continued with our keys not working the following night when we arrived back very late. Provided us with fixed keys without asking for ID. Requested maid service on day 3 and it didn't happen. Very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk staff were very nice, but when I requested the manager address this terrible stay I got no call, no apology. I did get a text telling me for nights 2-4 I would be given roughly $6-7 off a night. (Instead of the Expedia deal of $93.5 a night plus taxes, they charged us $95/night including taxes.) TERRIBLE mangement service. Wouldn't stay here again.

Very run down hotel, lamps don’t work in the room, coffee maker didn’t work, the packages of sugar, cream had already been opened and some items used from last guest. Bathtub had been partially repainted but it was peeling off. We were supposed to receive a free drink but the bar had no staff.

The room wasn’t ready yet since they ‘re short of staff and waited for almost 11/2 hr. Though they apologized for the inconvenience but we waited only until when we approached the reception that’s the time they gave us the key card. The room is clean but the coffee maker is not working but they accomodated us immediately and replaced it. Also the key card is not working so needs to go to the counter and register it again. No breakfast offered so i hope next time they have breakfast. Anyhow, we did have a pleasant stay and staff were good.

I have chosen this hotel because of its location and the bath tub but didn’t expect to be so terrible. Terrible is mainly the maintenance service. It took two days to partially fix the flushing system in the toilet and never provided the plug of the bath tub. The room was not made until the third day. It took me 40 minutes to check in. I was third in the queue of approximately 20 customers. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast as mentioned by Expedia when I booked. The attendant has suggested to ask Expedia for compensation. It is what I will now that I am in the airport. The access key need to be recharged each time you come back to the hotel.

The front counter staff were helpful once we able to check In. The bed was also very comfortable! The door latch in our room was barely attached to the frame so we had to use our doorstops for added comfort. Other than that, it was a good place for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay here for any long visits

Had a pool but couldn’t use it because they didn’t give us the right key and didn’t tell us it needed a different key to get in so we tried twice and couldn’t get in. There was mould on the carpet and stains on our towels. Otherwise it wasn’t bad. Sad we couldn’t swim though. It was one of the reasons we chose the property. The location was nice, very convenient to get around. The hotel has the feeling that it was once a nice hotel but has been run down. I liked that the gym was 24 hours. I wish the pool and hot tub were too so we could go when there wasn’t children.
