“Booking, communication and location were great. The unit itself was fine, seemed well used. Negatives were there was no place to put wet boots (towel/rug), most people have snowy boots staying here this time of year. Other thing was the kitchen floor had broken pieces of glass and was not very clean. ”

“Room was near and clean, we didn’t have a lake view but really enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying our coffee and the fresh air”

“We were not told there was not an elevator the bed was not very comfortable the screen sliding door was impossible to open”

“Very clean and right on Donner Lake. Parking is very easy. Overall, excellent.”

“The listing is misleading. The "beach" is a very small area that drops off quickly behind the boat docks. The room is on the ground floor but has a large step up into the bathroom which was a problem for members in our group with mobility issues. When I brought this to the front desks attention, I was told we could check out but would not be refunded.”

“The room was in a good condition. It had ample sheets and towels. The only thing I felt not good was shower gel/body wash. they didn't provide one. ”

“Reasonable price for what you get with this unit”

We had easy access to a private beach for the property along with access to two separate docks that allowed us to sit over the water. The property is in walking distance to a restaurant and ice cream shop as well as short drive from many dining options in Truckee. On site parking was abundant and...

“Great spot-clean, comfortable, convenient.”

“Place was exactly as described. Super cozy, comfortable and clean. We only had one night of two booked here because 80 was closed for the snow storm, but once we made it the lot was clear for parking and easy access. The place was clean and well stocked. For a small place the use of space is amazing.”

“While the location is pretty unbeatable being right on the lake, the actual property was lacking some amenities I would expect from a 300/night listing. When we got there late at night, the property was unbearably hot. It has no A/C so we had to sleep with the door open all night, which did actually cool the room down but we had to deal with road noise (not terrible) and light pollution from signage right outside the window. I would caution staying here during a hot weekend and we pretty much...
